Paul Peltier serves as the Executive Director of the Range Association of Municipalities and Schools (RAMS). As executive director, Paul supports the cities, townships, and school districts in the Taconite Assistance Area of northeastern Minnesota. Paul has primarily worked in education and comes from a family of educators and miners. Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN) and his Master’s degree from the University of Mary (Bismarck, ND).
